Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in Hoboken

All pelvic floor sessions will be one on one.  They will take place in very private, comfortable rooms and will last 45-60 minutes.

Dr. Suzanna Skomial, PT, DPT, NCS is a Herman & Wallace certified pelvic floor specialist. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from University of Delaware with a minor of Strength and Conditioning, and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY in 2017.

During her schooling as a Physical Therapy Student, Suzanna completed her last clinical affiliation at a women’s health clinic in Huntington, NY. This is where she discovered her passion for women’s health  and wanted to grow her career in pelvic floor physical therapy.

Since graduating from NYIT, Suzanna has worked in a variety of clinical settings including hospital-based rehabilitation, orthopedic, and sports related injuries in both adults and children. She is able to use her well rounded background in orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy to treat each patient with individualized treatment programs. Her treatments include manual skills, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback to help her patients reach their therapy goals.

Suzanna lives in Hoboken with her boyfriend. She loves going to orange theory fitness and enjoys taking hot yoga classes on her “rest” days. She also enjoys spending her time with her family, especially her three nieces and two nephews.
