I just finished physical therapy [pain in right knee] at Hudson Family Chiropractic and Physical Therapy and could not have asked for a better experience.

The center has worked wonders on me! When Nicole C. [PT] listened to my goals and history to determine the best workouts, she asked the right questions. She then analyzed the information to create the best plan, tailored for me. No cookie cutter approaches here.

Nicole is the best PT I could asked for. She gives you good exercises to work on and monitors you while you are doing exercises. As you progress, she adds on more to challenge you.  Nicole gives you focused individual attention, using different techniques to treat your condition.  Working with her has been an always pleasant personal experience.

The center is flexible with scheduling, always on time and had a very social, friendly atmosphere.

I woke up yesterday with terrible back pain that got unbearable by the end of the day; a big issue since I couldn’t pick my 4mo out of his crib. I googled Chiropractors near me and Hudson Family came up in the results. A big reason I chose them was because they have a pelvic floor specialist and I assumed that was part of my problem. I was able to book a first time appointment for the following morning (amazing). I went in this morning and had a great experience with Dr. Bill. He listened to everything I had to say and did multiple things to try and ease the pain (which he did). He also did a great job of explaining everything he was doing which I always appreciate. I left feeling so much better and booked a followup appointment for early next week!

Doc John sets the tone for a great experience at Hudson Family Chiropractic and truly adds the “family” feel to the office. As someone who has been a proponent of chiropractic for the past twenty years, I have had the good fortune of seeing Doc John and Dr. Mike for nearly a decade. I maintain a very active physical regimen with sports and excercise playing a part of my entire week. There is no doubt that John and Mike’s efforts allow me to go that much harder throughout the week. John saved me from horrible, daily headaches that I was suffering from for 3+ months.  I am pretty tolerant to pain but they were bad enough for me to take multiple painkillers with not much effect.  I had signed up for pain management doc and the appointment was months away and I figured I’d come back to John who I saw a couple of times before for another issue with my shoulder.  After literally 2 visits, I was managing without painkillers and with maintenance sessions, headaches are practically gone.  He *always* has a warm smile and encouraging words, I am so grateful to have found someone whose expertise I trust and who I genuinely enjoy seeing.  I’ve sent my mom and my brother to him!   And if he can’t do much for your issue – he will tell you straight up.  Outstanding!

I have been going to Mike and John for the past 3+ years and they are hands down the best chiropractors that I have ever been to. It started out with a neck injury and I had a 1/2 marathon race the week after. After a few visits, they were able to help me and I ended up PRing that race. I continue to go to them for tune ups and also when I’m preparing for a race. Also, they are both very personable and easy to talk to!

Dr. Mike is gentle in adjusting my neck from the accumulated stress. When I moved to Hoboken from Northern California, I looked for a chiropractor by visiting 5 or more and found Hudson Family Chiropractor that provided style of hands on manual adjustment with experience. I highly recommend them.

Saw Dr. Mike and definitely recommend! Have been training for a power lifting meet and came as I’m starting to lift heavier and my back and butt have felt sorer as the weeks go by.

First appointment, was seen on time, quick and painless appointment. The staff was helpful and his work up was great. At the end of my session Dr. Mike didn’t recommend for me to go back which is what I feel usually happens with most chiropractors or PT. Run up my insurance and take advantage of my benefits. After injuring my back weight lifting, and suffering pain for over 2 weeks I knew I needed professional help. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Bill Magill of Hudson Family Chiropractic who was excellent. The combination of heat therapy, stretching, and a few adjustments alleviated the pain completely in 3 sessions. I appreciated the fact that he took additional time and didn’t suggest or execute risky adjustments to my neck as others have tried to do in the past. I couldn’t be more grateful for John’s expertise today. I had knocked my talus bone out of place while rehearsing dance for a Broadway show which was causing ankle sprain symptoms and a lot of pain (couldn’t bare weight let alone dance). He generously spent time listening and assessing me to make a measured adjustment and gave me relief that I wasn’t quite able to access via two PT sessions at another location. I am a longtime patient of John and Mike and found their services to be professional, proficient, and effective.  I can always count on getting an appointment in a reasonable time and getting in and out is fast.  But recently, I needed the attention of a Physical Therapist, and that’s when they referred me to their therapist, Nicole.

My first meeting with Nicole was extremely pleasant and I was quickly impressed with her knowledge in her profession.  She made me feel comfortable and she explained what was causing my pain and what her course of action would be.  Within a few days, the pain had almost disappeared and I started for feel great.  She continued to work with me and again, the appointments were around my schedule and we got to work and I was out the door never feeling rushed.

Every time I seem to hurt myself, the team at Hudson Family are always able to put me back together with the extra care that one dreams of but doesn’t always get in a medical office. For over 10+ years I have been going to the office and am grateful for them. I came to Hudson Family after having a car accident in May 2023. I was going to see a chiro in a small NJ town for a month n moved to Jersey City for work. Mike is amazing. The first session I had I felt like completely renewed. After 2 months I pretty don’t even need chiro just touch up sessions because Mike is soo good. This is a real review they are the best.
